Each cutting head contains cutting blocks, each of which contains a shaft made with the possibility of rotation and having a central longitudinal axis, and a knife mounted on the specified shaft. Knife (127) contains disk blade (711) having lower side (732), upper side (730) located essentially opposite lower side (732), and radially peripheral part (738); a set of inserts (710) for abrasive processing of rock, wherein the specified inserts are installed in radially peripheral part (738) of the disk blade, and they protrude from it in the outer direction for interaction with the rock during the operation of the lower notch, wherein at least some inserts (710) have cutting part (710b) containing a domed cutting surface. The central longitudinal axis of each of at least some of inserts is located at an angle α relatively to the first base axis passing perpendicularly outward from the central axis of the blade, wherein 20° ≤ α ≤ 34°, the circular conical surface is located at an angle γ relatively to the second base axis, wherein 2° ≤ γ ≤ 20°, and the first circular conical surface forms an angle β with the third base axis, wherein 5° ≤ β.

EFFECT: increase in the strength of the specified devices and the efficiency of rock mining.
