Composition comprises (R,E)-N-(4-(3-chloro-4-(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)phenylamino)-3-cyano-7-ethoxyquinolin-6-yl)-3-(1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)propenamide or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone, lactose and microcrystalline cellulose as filler, polyvinylpyrrolidone as binder, magnesium stearate as lubricant in certain amounts. Method of preparing a pharmaceutical composition comprises a step of mixing (R,E)-N-(4-(3-chloro-4-(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)phenylamino)-3-cyano-7-ethoxyquinolin-6-yl)-3-(1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)propene-amide or its pharmacologically acceptable salt and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone.
