FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, can be used for splinting mobile teeth with periodontal diseases. Dental deposits are removed. From the oral side, the areas on the teeth are prepared, according to the chosen splint construction. Definite finish line silicone protective mold is produced: a cartridge with A-silicone material is inserted into a dispenser gun, the cartridge is put on a mixing cannula, on which an intraoral cannula is placed, from the oral side to the gingival margin and prepared teeth through the cannula, A-silicone is applied, beginning with the gingival part, closing the gingival furrow; interdental spaces are filled perpendicular to marginal gingival margin; on the cervical part of the teeth to be chiseled, the material is applied, not reaching the spliting construction by 0.5–1 mm. Adhesive preparation and splinting of teeth according to the chosen technique is carried out. Definite finish line silicone protective mold with a single unit is easily extracted from the oral cavity. Spliting construction is processed and polished.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure the safety of adhesive preparation, to exclude displacement of mobile teeth and to shorten the time for processing the spliting construction.
