SUBSTANCE: self-lifting seat for toilet bowl relates to sanitary-hygienic equipment and is intended for toilet seat completement. Disclosed solution is a seat having lugs and brackets for securing the seat to a toilet, an oval front edge, a rear edge having on the sides of balancers made in the form of an elongated element, over a length equal to at least 1/3 of the length of the seat, wherein the balancer or balancers have (weight) greater than the weight of the seat. In particular embodiments, the invention can have a cover, the weight of the cover can be larger than the weight of the balancer(s), can have an additional load on at least one of the balancers, the balancers can be arranged at an angle α to main line of seat, rockers can be made integral with cover.

EFFECT: proposed invention is simple, reliable, safe to use and without additional actions on the user's side lifts the seat from horizontal position to vertical position.
