FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method consists of using a cardio exercise machine or one of the variants of the following simulators, performing physical exercises in water with a temperature of 32 °C ±1 °C with a load set on a simulator with training 3-4 times a week for 10-20 minutes. Simulator for exercise in water according to the first embodiment includes a bowl filled with water with inlet and outlet pipes, seat, crankshaft with pedals attached to it, handles, a load block, and hydraulic system. The handles are fixed on the front wall of the bowl. The bowl in the inner space has a protrusion-support, on which the seat is located. In the inner space of the protrusion-support, there is a hydraulic system, which includes an interconnected pump, filter, heater, control unit and temperature sensors located inside the bowl in the water and connected to the control unit, as well as an overflow device installed inside the bowl. The load block is located outside the bowl and allows one to adjust the degree of load and select the program. The crankshaft is fixed hermetically with the possibility of rotation in the supports on the sidewalls of the bowl. On one side, the crankshaft extends beyond the bowl and is connected to the load block shaft. Simulator for exercise in water according to the second embodiment includes a bowl filled with water with inlet and outlet pipes, the crankshaft with pedals attached to it, handles, a load block and hydraulic system, the back wall of the bowl has a curved shape with a ledge. The front wall of the bowl has a recess inwards with a pedal rack holder at the peak point. The pedals at the opposite end of the crankshaft are connected to the racks attached to the holder. The load block is located outside the bowl and allows one to adjust the degree of load and select the program. The crankshaft is fixed hermetically with the possibility of rotation in the supports on the sidewalls of the bowl and extends beyond the bowl on one side. The crankshaft is connected to the load block shaft. The hydraulic system includes an interconnected pump, filter, heater, control unit and temperature sensors located inside the bowl in the water and connected to the control unit, as well as an overflow device installed inside the bowl.
EFFECT: inventions provide reduced volume of the patient's body, regardless of his/her physical fitness and health condition, by using his/her own fat as an energy material with the activation of blood circulation throughout the body, including the skin, with a gentle nature of training.
