FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: simulator refers to medical and preventive and sports equipment, in particular to sports devices intended for development and strengthening of joints and groups of muscles of lower extremities. Solution has a frame, a base, with a support mounted thereon, connecting the base to the frame, a sled with a backrest platform with possibility of translational motion along the frame, a foot platform, wherein said support is telescopic, that one ends of support and frame are mounted on said base in hinge joints. Moreover, other ends are hinged together while foot platform consists of two separate platforms. In particular cases, the legs are deflected by an angle β relative to the frame and/or turned through an angle γ and can additionally have foot supports mounted on the foot platforms.

EFFECT: solution allows performing trainings on different groups of muscles of lower extremities and buttocks, including insulating ones, due to own weight of user, at that without load on spine and joints of lower extremities, with simplicity of design.
