SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes determining by the network device one of such parameters as the threshold value of the time interval for performing frequency hopping during the transmission of the first signal, the basic set of parameters used by the terminal to transmit the first signal, or the configuration of a slot or mini-slot; and transmitting, by the network device, first information based on at least one of such parameters as a time slot threshold, a basic parameter set, or a slot or mini-slot configuration, the first information being used to instruct the terminal to perform or not to perform frequency hopping during transmission of the first signal.
EFFECT: ensured adaptation of frequency hopping for flexible data transmission in the 5G system.
