FIELD: composite polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical construction of composite polymer materials with specified technical characteristics for their use in friction units of machines and mechanisms as plain bearings (liners, guides, bushings, ball bearings, rings, plates, rollers, pulleys), where the use of liquid and plastic lubricants are undesirable or completely unacceptable. Their use is especially necessary when working in aggressive liquids, aqueous media and vacuum. The fact of environmental safety is becoming more and more important, since lubricants supplied to the friction zone of machines under pressure, if the tightness of the unit is broken, adversely affect the environment. The proposed material of the "Maslyanite" [Oilynite] group contains a polymerization mixture of polycaproamide, in the form of: ε-caprolactam, metallic sodium, toluene diisocyanate and a mixture of organosilicon polymethylphenylsiloxane liquid PFMS-4 with a solid lubricating graphite preparation C-1 at a ratio of 3: 5, and the components are taken in the following ratio wt%: ε-caprolactam - 90÷93; metallic sodium - 0.10÷0.12; toluene diisocyanate - 0.25÷0.30; mixture of PFMS-4 + C-1 comprises the rest.
EFFECT: material ensures the operability of friction units without the use of additional lubricants, including when working in aqueous media, including sea water, and corrosive liquids.
