SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocketry and can be used as a part of missile systems for the operational assessment of the effectiveness of the functioning of the contours of strike missile weapons in a maritime theater of operations. The rocket contains an antenna, a transmitter, a data packet generator and a navigation system as a payload. To ensure the possibility of an operational assessment of naval military operations, it contains a radar station, a device for calculating the level of radio observability and a radio thermal station. This station is designed to measure the elevation profile of temperature radio brightness, which makes it possible to restore the refractive index for measuring the level of radio observability. The device for calculating the level of radio observability can analyze information about the distance correlation between the amplitude of reflections from the sea surface and the location of an area limited by the fall-offs of the radiation pattern of the radar station antenna.

EFFECT: invention reduces the time for measuring the level of radio observability.
