FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for vacuum packing of a product, a packaging device and a vacuum package produced by said method and device. Method includes a step of providing a substrate, a step for providing a film, a step of placing the substrate with the product such that a free surface of the substrate remains around said product, not in contact with said product, a step of holding at least one portion of film over said product placed on substrate, with at least one nozzle in form of a tube, arranged in the gap between the upper surface of the substrate and the lower surface of the portion of the film, a step of heating at least one portion of the film, stage of air removal from below of part of film by means of air suction through hole for suction of said nozzle in form of tube and a step for releasing said portion of film and bringing said portion of film into contact with said product and thermally bonding to free surface of said substrate. Air used in said thermal connection, said product is hermetically sealed between the substrate and part of the film to form a vacuum package with a molded shell on the product. Tube nozzle is retained in said gap between said film portion and said substrate during thermal connection so, that at least one film cuff is formed, which is located above said gap and which is not thermally connected to substrate from below, to form a gripping member for easier opening of said film package. Product packing device comprises a frame, a transporting device placed on the frame, a film feed device, a packing device placed on the frame. Packaging device comprises a heater for heating at least a portion of said film, at least one nozzle in the form of a tube having a suction hole, a vacuum unit connected to said tube-shaped nozzle and configured to provide suction, a control unit connected to the packaging device. Control unit is configured to control said package device to accommodate nozzle in gap between upper surface of said substrate and lower surface of said portion of film, with possibility of said heater operation for heating of said at least one part of film placed above said substrate, as well as with possibility of said vacuum unit operation for air removal from below said part of film by air suction through hole for suction of said nozzle in form of tube, arranged in said gap. At that, control unit is further configured to hold nozzle attachment in said gap between said part of film and said substrate in process of thermal connection with possibility of forming at least one cuff from film, which is located above said gap and which is not thermally connected to substrate from below. Vacuum package with molded shell obtained by said method, comprising tray, having bottom and side walls, product located on said tray, and part of film, tightening said product and thermally attached to inner surface of said tray, not occupied by said product, wherein edge has a recess, part of film includes inner part of film in contact with product, and outer part of film, completely surrounding said perimeter of said inner part of film and thermally attached to free surface of said substrate, not occupied by said product.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides efficient removal of air from a wide range of trays or substrates during vacuum packaging of the product.
