FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. An instrument for making a groove in bone tissue for an implant has the first elongated segment of an instrument having the first longitudinal axis and a socket, the second oblong segment of an instrument having a second longitudinal axis and a lead-in section. The socket has the first surface directed substantially radially outward and the second surface directed radially inward about the first longitudinal axis. The lead-in section can be inserted into the pocket of the first tool segment. The lead-in section has at least one radially outward-directed surface around the second longitudinal axis, which interacts with the outward-directed first surface of the first tool segment, and at least one of the surfaces of the lead-in section interacts with the second surface of the first tool segment. The first longitudinal axis and the second longitudinal axis intersect. One of the interacting pairs of surfaces for transmitting torque is in adhesion with each other, and the other of the interacting pairs of surfaces allows relative movement between them. At least one of the tool segments has at least one cutting element on the outward-facing circumferential surface. The segment of the tool for creating a groove in bone tissue for placing an implant has a longitudinal axis around which a socket is made for inserting another segment of the instrument, which has an opening. The segment also has at least one radially inward-directed surface and an end surface that is at least in some parts radially outward-directed. One of these surfaces transmits torque to another segment of the tool, and the other surface allows relative movement relative to the other segment of the tool. Disclosed is a kit for the implantation of the above instrument and an implant, in particular an endoprosthesis, which can be inserted into a groove created in bone tissue with the help of this instrument.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides more bone-friendly preparation of the implantation site and at the same time the possibility of supplying an anatomically adapted and, nevertheless, bone-sparing implant.
