SUBSTANCE: air-tight hygienic gasket, comprising main part - gasket body, - including surface layer, air-permeable barrier layer and absorbent layer made from one air-permeable natural material, fasteners, two opposite longitudinal extreme parts, two opposite rounded or angled transverse extreme parts, characterized in that one of the opposite longitudinal spacer parts of the lining body is made convex towards the side from the other longitudinal extreme part of the lining body so that the width of the lining body between them is greater than the length of one of the transverse extreme parts of the lining body, wherein the surface layer and the barrier layer are connected to each other to form an edge seal seam made with an oblique bake or an overlock and extending along the outline of the liner body, and fastening elements are made on the sealing seam only on one of the opposite longitudinal extreme parts of the body of the liner or along one of the opposite longitudinal extreme parts of the body of the liner in the form of a slit through all layers of the body of the lining or along one of the opposite longitudinal extreme body parts of the lining in the form of a tuning loop, made on the air-permeable barrier layer.

EFFECT: technical result of present invention is increase of air permeability of article compared to closest analogue, use of multiple mechanical methods of fixing article on crotch part of user underwear, wider range of hygienic gaskets applicable for repeated use after washing, easier reutilisation of used gaskets, as well as implementation of this invention.
