FIELD: medicine; veterinary science; disinfectology; sanitation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for antiseptic treatment of wounds, for microbiological sanitation of skin, for disinfection of skin and hands, as well as for washing of wounds and bladder. Stabilized antiseptic preparation contains at least one vitamin, salt or acid derivative thereof, where vitamin is ascorbic acid; at least one metal ion, which is a copper ion, where the copper ion is CuCl₂; at least one surface-active compound, where the surface-active compound is sodium lauryl sulphate; at least one gelling agent selected from a group consisting of agarose or carrageenan, wherein the gelling agent is present in amount of 0.5 % to 3.5 % relative to the weight of the preparation; and at least one antimicrobial agent which is tartaric acid and/or citric acid.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables higher effectiveness of the antiseptic action of the above preparation.
