in which R¹ and R² denote, independently, a linear or branched alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, and X denotes fluorine, chlorine, bromine, tetraborate or tetrafluoroborate, Y denotes iodine, wherein the average molecular weight of the poly-N,N-dialkyl-3,4-dimethylene-pyrrolidinium of halide ranges from 500 to 1000000, 1.0-5.0 wt% methylsulphonylmethane, the rest is an acceptable carrier. Also disclosed is another version of the composition, use of compositions for treating autoimmune skin diseases, microbial, viral, fungal and parasitic skin diseases, and household burn wounds, cut and chemical wounds, gunshot and broken wounds, postoperative and post-traumatic wounds, insect bites, itching.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher antimicrobial effectiveness with anti-inflammatory and wound-healing action.
