SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to steel, having the following composition in wt%: 10,0Ni24,5, 1,0Mo12,0, 1,0Со18,0, 14,0Мо+Со+Si+Mn+Cu+W+V+Nb+Zr+Y+Ta+Cr+C+Al+B+Ti+N29,0, 21,5Ni+Co+Mo47,5, traces Al4,0, traces Ti0,1, traces N0,010, traces Si4,0, traces Mn13,0, traces C0,03, traces S0,0020, traces Р0,005, traces В0,01, traces Н0,0005, traces О0,03, traces Cr5,0, traces Cu4,0, traces W6,0, traces Zr4,0, traces Ca0,1, traces Mg0,8, traces Nb4,0, traces V4,0, traces Ta4,0, traces Y4,0, Si+Mn≥0,13, the rest is ferrum and impurities resulting from production. Population of inclusions observed by means of image analysis on polished surface of 650 mm² if steel is in the form of hot-formed part or hot-laminated sheet and 800 mm² if steel is in the form of cold-laminated sheet does not contain non-metallic inclusions having an equivalent diameter of more than 10 µm.
EFFECT: steel is characterized by strong durability and manufacturability.
