FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. To achieve the technical result, the textured sheet of electrical steel includes a base coat characterized by the PTiN peak value of the TiN compound in the form of osbornite, observed in the range of 42°<2θ<43°, and the magnitude of the PMg2SiO4 peak of Mg2SiO4 compound in the form of forsterite, observed in the range of 35°<2θ<36°, both values being greater than 0 and satisfying the relation PTiN ≥ PMg2SiO4, under the conditions of X-ray diffraction analysis of thin films; and the loss of iron W17/50 is equal to 1.0 W/kg or less.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the production of a textured sheet of electrical steel, which includes a base coat with a high proportion of TiN, favorable for stressing the steel sheet, and has excellent magnetic properties.
