SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an isolated implant suitable for surgical implantation to a mammalian subject and treating a subject having a tissue defect. Method involves culturing a population of engineered E40RF1+ endothelial cells in contact with a biocompatible carcass material, which has porous structure and contains collagen, fibrin, laminin or decellularised tissue of animal, in vitro to formation of blood vessels in biocompatible frame material, thereby obtaining an implant containing E40RF1+ blood vessels. Produced transplant comprises a biocompatible carcass material, which has a porous structure and contains collagen, fibrin, laminin or decellularised tissue of animal, and blood vessels, located in a biocompatible frame material, wherein the blood vessels contain E40RF1+ designed endothelial cells. Further, said transplant is implanted in a needing subject.
