SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to engineered cells of the nervous system containing a nucleotide sequence that encodes the adenovirus polypeptide E4ORF1, and/or containing adenovirus’ Polypeptide E4ORF1. In addition, the present invention relates to methods for producing and using such engineered cells and compositions containing such engineered cells.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to use such cells in scientific research, as well as in the treatment of nervous system diseases.
