SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a molecule of the guide RNA system CRISPR/CAS. Also disclosed a ribonucleoprotein complex of the CRISPR/CAS system for detecting the antibiotic resistance gene blaVIM-2 of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, formed from the RNA directed DNA endonuclease LbCpf1 from Lachnospiraceae and at least one of the above targeting RNAs. The invention also relates to a kit containing the above molecule or the above complex.
EFFECT: provides detection of single copies of the antibiotic resistance gene blaVIM-2 Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
