SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a CRISPR-Cas system guide RNA molecule. Said molecule is capable of binding to target highly conserved regions of the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-IB, where the nucleotide sequence of the guide RNA is selected from sequences SEQ ID NO: 1-6. Invention also relates to a ribonucleoprotein complex of the CRISPR-Cas system, as well as kits containing such a complex, which are intended for detecting the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B.

EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of detecting antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B up to 1,5 times.
