FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a molecule of RNA guide of CRISPR-Cas system. Said molecule is capable of binding to target highly conserved regions of the bla-OXA-1 antibiotic resistance gene and is characterized by a nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 1-3. In addition, invention also relates to ribonucleoprotein complex of CRISPR-Cas system for detecting antibiotic resistance gene bla-OXA-1, formed from RNA-guided DNA endonuclease LbCpf1 from Lachnospiraceae and at least one of said RNA guides.
EFFECT: present invention provides a considerably more effective detection of the antibiotic resistance gene bla-OXA-1.
