SUBSTANCE: described is a group of inventions comprising a method for detecting the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B, a specific oligonucleotide for preliminary amplification of a highly conserved fragment of the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B and a kit for use in a method for detecting the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B. In one embodiment, the method includes steps of preliminary amplification of material from a patient sample, presumably containing the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B, preparation of a reaction mixture for detection and performance of 30-60 detection cycles in an amplifier with detection in this way of antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of means of detecting the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B.
