FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely to solid fuel heating systems and can be used for creation of heating boilers with increased efficiency and expanded functionality. Heating boiler including housing with double walls forming heat carrier cavity, loading door, chimney branch pipe, adapter pipe with gate, transverse cavity communicating with boiler sealed cavity, and heat-insulating jacket, comprises a transverse partition installed between the transverse cavity and the upper wall of the boiler, having several openings, to one of which is connected a transition pipe with a gate, and the transverse cavity is installed with a gap relative to the bottom of the boiler, wherein the area of the opening for the transition pipe is 60–80% of the area of the section of the flue pipe, the area of the other holes in the transverse partition is 16–20%, and the area of the passage through the slit under the transverse cavity is 80–100%.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of fuel combustion due to separation and removal of part of non-heated ballast gases from furnace, as well as higher environmental friendliness of boiler due to reduction of nitrogen oxides emissions.
