FIELD: hydrocracking.
SUBSTANCE: hydrocracking catalyst, a method for its preparation and its application are proposed. The catalyst contains a carrier, silicon dioxide and active ingredients deposited on the carrier. The carrier contains molecular sieves Y and molecular sieves SAPO-34, and based on the mass of the carrier, the content of molecular sieves Y is 2-35 wt. %, and the content of SAPO-34 molecular sieves is 2-25 wt. %. Active ingredients include a group VIB metal and/or a group VIII metal. Based on the mass of the catalyst, the content of silicon dioxide deposited on the carrier is within the range of 0.5-5 wt. %; the group VIB metal content in terms of oxide is within the range of 10-25 wt. %, and the content of the group VIII metal in terms of oxide is within the range of 4-10 wt. %. The catalyst additionally contains phosphorus (P), the content of P in terms of oxide is within the range of 1.2-1.6 wt. % of the total amount of catalyst. The method for producing the catalyst includes the following steps: (1) mixing materials containing molecular sieves Y and molecular sieves SAPO-34, and then molding, drying and calcining the mixture to obtain a carrier; (2) the introduction of silane and active ingredients into the carrier and the application of phosphorus to the carrier obtained in stage (1), followed by drying and calcination to obtain a catalyst. The catalyst obtained by this method can be used for the hydrocracking reaction.
EFFECT: ensuring an improvement in reactivity, matching the selectivity of the medium distillate and the production of high-quality products, in particular, increasing the yield of aviation fuel in the hydrocracking product.
