FIELD: cold gas-dynamic spraying
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved system of a device for cold gas-dynamic spraying. The system contains a control panel, which is connected to a spray gun equipped with a converging-expanding nozzle, with the help of which supersonic speeds are achieved, causing material deposition with an overall optimal energy and gas consumption without using a powder preheater, stencils, flow regulators. The compressed gas source is connected to the control panel by a flexible pneumatic hose. The pneumatic flexible hose is connected to the control panel, spray gun and powder feeder. The powder feeder delivers powder to the spray gun with carrier gas through a pneumatic hose and powder feed pipe. The control panel is electrically connected to the powder feeder and gas heater using electrical cables.
EFFECT: system allows a wide variety of materials to be deposited on a variety of substrates.
