FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to restoration of sprayed target from tantalum and may be used in production of integral circuits and other electric, magnet and optical products. Method includes loading of tantalum powder particles into bunker, supply of substrate-target into laser additive chamber, supply of tantalum powder particles into additive chamber at sequential points at substrate-target along straight line, melting of substrate-target and powder with laser beam and creation of multiple coatings with regulated microstructure, routing of substrate-target along selected zone with combination of depositing and melting with beam and creation of coating with regulated microstructure in multiple layers, and creation of deposited sheet from coating and formation of sprayed target from tantalum. Process is carried out at the pressure that is less than atmospheric one, and laser beam is used to obtain quite a high temperature for creation of conditions, at which powder and substrate-target are purified, at that creation of deposited sheet from coatings is carried out with provision of completely dense sheet.
EFFECT: method allows to produce chemically pure and consolidated tantalum with lower production costs.
