SUBSTANCE: cutting tool (10) has inlet surface (12), front surface (14), rear surface (16) connected to front surface (14), front side surface (18) extending between inlet surface (12) and front surface (14), and rear side surface (20) extending between inlet surface (12) and rear surface (16). Connection of front surface (14) and rear surface (16) forms cutting edge (22). Front surface (14) extends from front side surface (18) and forms an angle (θ14). Inlet surface (12) is configured to receive and refract laser beam (L) on front surface (14), rear surface (16) and cutting edge (22) for refraction of laser beam (L) and heating of workpiece (W) in region (WC) of compression, extending near at least front surface (14), and in region (WT) stretching extending near rear surface (16). Invention covers system and method of machining part (W) by cutting.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of machining.
