SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and device for bending window panes in a bending zone. A method of bending window panes in a bending zone that has a first bending die and a second bending die includes the steps of: providing glass heated to the bending temperature, fixing the glass on the contact surface of the first bending die, positioning a press frame for glass in the the first position of the press frame corresponding to the first bending die, transporting the glass on the press frame to the second position of the press frame corresponding to the second bending die, fixing the glass on the contact surface of the second bending die. The glass is fixed on the contact surface of the first bending die and on the contact surface of the second bending die by injecting a gaseous fluid onto the glass, as a result of which the glass is lifted and pressed against the contact surface of the bending die, and / or by suction of the glass to the contact surface. The push frame is fixed on the carriage inserted by the feeding module into the bending zone. As a result of the movement of the carriage, the pressure frame is moved between the first position of the pressure frame and the second position of the pressure frame in the lateral direction relative to the first and second bending dies. The feeding module is movable and is brought to the bending zone.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the duration of the manufacturing cycle, increasing the positioning accuracy of the pressure frame.
