FIELD: machine building; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to actuators of cutting-loading machines. Cutting-loading machine comprises a running gear, at least one actuator with at least one handle rotating at a speed VP, c mounted thereon at least one cutting blade rotating at a speed VD, a cutter attached to it, the lower conveyor and fenders. Said cutters mounted on said disc at an angle that depends on VP and VD. Said cutting disc is mounted on the handle such that its cutting plane is parallel to the plane passing through the axis of rotation of the executive member of the cutting-loading machine, and is spaced from it in direction of handle rotation at distance greater than product of portable handle rotation radius by tangent of said angle.
EFFECT: rotating additional torque from cutting speed and cutting surface cutting plane displacement in handle rotation direction.
