SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication, in particular to the method, device and system for transmitting information. Proposed is a method, which comprises following stages: an indicating information is generated for the target terminal device, with said information being used to indicate the state of existence of the physical downlink control channel PDCCH of a non-target terminal device in the physical downlink shared channel PDSCH transmitted to the target terminal device and/or the state of resource occupation by the non-target terminal device; and the indicating information is transmitted to the target terminal device. Thus, with the help of the indicating information, it is possible to inform said terminal device whether there is a PDCCH channel of another terminal device in the PDSCH channel transmitted to said terminal device and/or whether the resource is occupied by another terminal device. On the basis of the content obtained from the indicating information through informing, it is possible to implement the reconciliation of the speed of the PDSCH channel in order to prevent the situation where the correct analysis of the PDSCH data packets is impossible in a short period of time due to reconciliation errors.
