Method of determining time domain resources includes operations, where: receiving, from a network device, allocation information for dispatching time domain resources comprising time domain resources required for transmitting a channel; determining the time domain location for the time domain resources to be dispatched based on the preset rule according to the UL/DL channel time resources configuration information and distribution information, and transmitting the channel by the network device through time-allocated resources to be dispatched according to the time-domain position corresponding to the time-domain resource to be dispatched.

EFFECT: technical result consists in prevention of conflict between dispatching information and time domain resource configuration information.
