FIELD: food industry/catering.
SUBSTANCE: method of preparing food products of solid or semi-solid consistency includes preliminary bringing the food product by heat treatment to a state of readiness, freezing a portion of the finished food product directly in a disposable container or packaging the frozen food product in containers, then heating the food product in a microwave oven. Moreover, from finely crushed ice, with a particle size from 10×10×10 to 0,1×0,1×0,1 mm, a layer is formed over a portion of the finished frozen product, after which the container is closed with a lid. In this case, the mass fraction of fine ice in relation to the product, depending on the type of product, ranges from 5% to 25%.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a finished product with high organoleptic and taste properties.
