FIELD: mineral processing.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a technology for processing minerals by flotation, for example, potash ores. The method of flotation concentration of potash ores includes ore crushing, flotation de-sludging of ore with processing of sludge flotation feed with polyacrylamide flocculant and sludge collector reagent. As a sludge collector, it is proposed to use oxypropylated cardanol with an amount of oxypropyl groups from 10 to 70 or a mixture of oxyethylated and oxypropylated cardanol with an amount of oxyethyl and oxypropyl groups from 10 to 70 is used.
EFFECT: increased selectivity and efficiency of flotation of sludge from potash ores, decreased loss of potassium chloride with a sludge product, decreased content of insoluble impurities in the feed of the subsequent sylvinite flotation.
