FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of surface films for temporary preservation of the surface of tungsten and coatings based on it in corrosive atmospheres. To obtain a protective film on the surface of tungsten or on the surface of tungsten-based coatings, a water suspension is used. The water suspension contains from 0.05 to 0.3 M of an organosilane in the form of a methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.01 M of a corrosion inhibitor in the form of 1,2,3-benzotriazole, and 0.02 M of a polycondensation promoter which is oxyethylidene diphosphonic acid. The suspension has a pH in the range of 2-2.5. The suspension is sonicated. Cataphoretic deposition is carried out by passing a direct electric current through the suspension in the range from 0.2 to 5 A for 5 minutes with the formation of siloxane layers on the surface of tungsten and coatings based on it. After that excess siloxane is removed from the surface of the formed siloxane layers, and the siloxane layers are polymerized at 105 - 120°C for 30 min.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase the rate of formation of protective layers on the surface of tungsten and coatings based on it and increase their anti-corrosion properties.
