FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-destructive inspection of oil and gas sphere objects and can be used for measurement of parameters of corrosion processes in pipelines transporting field media. Rill corrosion detection system includes corrosion rate sensors installed in the pipeline in close proximity to each other, which implement the electric resistance method and the linear polarization resistance method, wherein first measuring probe of corrosion rate sensor, which realizes electric resistance method, is installed in central part of pipeline, and the second measuring probe of the corrosion rate sensor, which realizes the electric resistance method, and the corrosion resistance sensor measuring probe, which realizes the linear polarization resistance method, are flush with the lower generatrix of the pipeline, wherein the corrosion rate sensor measuring probe realizing the linear polarization resistance method is connected to the corrosion speed sensor measuring transducer implementing the linear polarization resistance method, as well as providing the medium mineralization function performing function, wherein it further includes a processor configured to transmit data to the computer network, and the corrosion rate sensor, which realizes the electric resistance method, is multichannel and has several additional measuring probes installed flush with the lower generatrix of the pipeline, connected by their outputs to the multichannel sensor transducer transducer, sensors of corrosion rate through their measuring transducers have permanent communication with processor by means of resident interfaces.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is detection in field oil and gas pipelines of rill corrosion at early stages of its occurrence.
