SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixer for creating a fluid flow. The mixer for creating a fluid flow includes a stationary housing, a drive shaft, a propeller and a clamping sleeve assembly. The clamping sleeve assembly contains an inner clamping sleeve (7) and an external clamping sleeve (8). The inner clamping sleeve (7) is in the form of a tubular wall (9). The inner surface (13) of the outer clamping sleeve (8), as well as the outer surface (11) of the inner clamping sleeve (7), are cylindrical along the axial length of the clamp. The inner surface (10) of the inner clamping sleeve (7) along the axial length of the clamp has a frusto-conical shape. The tubular wall (9) of the inner clamping sleeve (7) contains a groove (15) that extends along the entire axial length of the inner clamping sleeve (7). The tubular wall (12) of the outer clamping sleeve (8) contains a groove (16) extending along the entire axial length of the outer clamping sleeve (8).
