FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication networks. The technical result is achieved by planning the transmission of data from a dataset in one subslot of the first slot and in the second slot, wherein the above-mentioned one subslot differs in length from the second slot; and the transmission of a part of the data transmission as planned, at the transmission stage, the specified part of the data transmission is scrambled regardless of the time of transmission of the specified part of the data transmission.
EFFECT: increased productivity of the wireless communication network by reducing the data transmission delay.
