METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACUTE LEFT VENTRICULAR INSUFFICIENCY IN THE FORM OF ALVEOLAR PULMONARY EDEMA IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME AND A DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/53 G01N33/49

Abstract RU 2744670 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates namely to cardiology, and can be used to predict the development of acute left ventricular failure in the form of alveolar pulmonary edema in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Venous blood is taken from patients into a test tube with 1 drop of a solution (5000 IU / ml) of heparin, which is fixed in a holder. A stirring armature is lowered to the bottom of the test tube and placed in a thermostat with magnets of a magnetic stirrer located under the bottom of the test tube on the bottom wall of the thermostat. The magnetic stirrer is turned on at this point. Then a device - a measuring probe is lowered into the test tube, when the temperature of the sample is stabilized at 37°C, the magnetic stirrer is turned off and the phase angle of the blood sample is measured at a frequency of 120 Hz. If in patients with acute coronary syndrome the phase angle at a frequency of 120 Hz is -55.1° or less, then the development of pulmonary edema is predicted during the first day. If the phase angle from -46.2° to -49.6° is determined in patients with acute coronary syndrome at a frequency of 120 Hz, then its uncomplicated course is predicted.

EFFECT: group of inventions increases the accuracy and repeatability of the results of measuring the phase angle of blood impedance due to the blood sample homogenization system available in the device, which prevents erythrocyte sedimentation during the study, and also minimizes the influence of external factors on the research process due to the systems of calibration and self-testing of the impedance meter and sample thermostating in device.
