SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to molecular pharmacology, and can be used for obtaining labelled cationic dendrimer peptides for intracellular delivery of nucleic acids (NA). Labelled cationic dendrimer peptides are represented by formula: X-AC(Y)-NH2, where X is dendrimer cationic peptide with amino acid composition, selected from the group, consisting of (K)4(K)2K, (R)8(K)4(K)2K, (RRRKK)2KKK and (K8)(K4)(K2)K, where K represents lysine; R represents arginine, A represents alanine, C represents cycteine, Y represents fluorescent cyanine dye Cy5 connected on cysteine mercaptogroup.

EFFECT: application of the claimed construction of labelled dendrimer peptides, which have binding unit for interaction with NA, and signal unit, containing fluorescent label - cyanine dye Cy5, makes it possible to visualise distribution of preparation in organis and tissues, providing transfection activity, close to transfection activity of complexes of nucleic acid with non-labelled dendrimer peptide.
