FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions discloses a vaccine containing a charged highly branched polymer dendrimer which is a PAMAM-dendrimer conjugated with at least one T-helper peptide and nucleic acid coding at least one antigen, where the T-helper peptide and nucleic acid are conjugated with the outer surface of the PAMAM-dendrimer so that the T-helper peptide specifically binds to professional antigen processing cells and the combination of at least one T-helper peptide, PAMAM-dendrimer and nucleic acid is able to induce an immune response to at least one antigen, as well as the method for delivering an antigen into a mammal organism and also induce the production of monoclonal antibodies to an antigen in a mammal organism. Vaccines and methods described in this invention have a preventive as well as therapeutic application.
EFFECT: vaccine as described herein can be used to mount an immune response against any infectious pathogen or cancer.
