SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of generation of a three-dimensional shape of an object. The data generating apparatus for the three-dimensional shape of an object is comprised of: a first retrieving tool for retrieving the first information of the area defining the area of the object on the multiple images retrieved by image capturing from multiple directions of image capturing; a second retrieving tool for retrieving the second information of the area defining the area of the construction wherein there is a possibility of the object being covered during image capturing from at least one direction from the multiple directions of image capturing; and a generating tool for generating the data of a three-dimensional shape of the object and the construction based on both the first information of the area defining the area of the object retrieved via the first retrieving tool and the second information of the area defining the area of the construction retrieved via the second retrieving tool, and for deleting the data of the three-dimensional shape of the construction from the generated data of the three-dimensional shape of the object and the construction.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of data generation for the three-dimensional shape of an object.
