SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to dentistry, and can be used in orthopedic dentistry, thread former, trans-epithelial element in case of prosthetics on implants as prosthesis screw, covering screw, support screw of implant. Threaded component, attached to threaded hole of implant, contains threaded case, intended for screwing into threaded hole. Threaded case contains main threaded section and narrowing in width threaded tip. Screw thread of narrowing in width threaded tip is compatible with screw thread of threaded hole of implant.
EFFECT: elimination of obstacles during introduction of one thread into another due to narrowing in width threaded tip.
