FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for preparing powdered aromatic polyetheretherketones and copolyetheretherketones based on: hydroquinone - 0.04-0.05 (mol); diphenylolpropane - 0.01 (mol); 4,4'-dioxydiphenyl - 0.04-0.05 (mol); phenolphthalein - 0.01 (mol); 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone - 0.0525 (mol); potassium carbonate - 0.0625 (mol); diphenylsulfone - 35 (g); N-methylpyrrolidone - 50 (ml). The synthesis is carried out in the presence of 0.142 g of sodium sulfate and 0.08 g of titanium dioxide. Cooling of the reaction mixture is carried out by dilution with N-methylpyrrolidone for 30-40 minutes. The resulting products have a powdery state with a particle size of 10-50 microns.
EFFECT: development of a simplified and cost-effective method due to a smaller number of technological operations for producing powdered aromatic polyether and copolyether ether ketones, convenient for washing from solvent and salts, as well as convenient for unloading from the reaction vessel.
