FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing high-molecular polyesterestyrketone by nucleophilic polycondensation of equimolar amounts of hydroquinone and dihalobenzophenones in a diphenyl sulfone medium in the presence of an alkaline agent with a gradual increase in temperature to 320°±5°C. This method includes the stages of isolation and grinding, two-stage washing with solvent and distilled water, drying under vacuum. Potassium carbonate is used as an alkaline agent. The temperature increase is carried out in two stages, depending on the set value of the melt flow index. At the first stage, it is heated to 300°±5°C for 30 minutes and kept at this temperature for 60-120 minutes. At the second stage, it is heated to 320°±5°C and kept for 60-180 minutes. The resulting reaction mass is discharged from the reactor under pressure and crushed by a ball mill with an average diameter of 20 to 50 microns. Then they are washed and dried.
EFFECT: simplified technology for the production of finely dispersed high-molecular polyesteresterketone using dihalide (4,4'-dichlorobenzophenone), potassium carbonate and a reduction in the total duration of the process.
