SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for producing a catalyst for hydrotreating diesel fractions containing Co, Mo and P, including preparation of a solution of complex salts [P2Mo5O23]6-, [РМо12О40]3-, [РМо11О40]3-, [P2Mo18O42]6-, [PMo9O31(ОН)3]6- heteropolyanions, or mixtures thereof, using H3PO4 and an organic modifier, the combination and ratios of which provide the formation of heteropolyacid anions in solution [P2Mo5O23]6-, [РМо12О40]3-, [РМо11О40]3-, [P2Mo18O42]6-, [PMo9O31(ОН)3]6-, or their mixtures and their stability at pH in the range from 0.7 to 4.5, evacuation and impregnation of the support with a solution of complex salts [P2Mo5O23]6-, [РМо12О40]3-, [РМо11О40]3-, [P2Mo18O42]6-, [PMo9O31(ОН)3]6- heteropolyanions, or mixtures thereof, maturation of the impregnated catalyst and drying to obtain samples, the content of components in which corresponds to the content of oxides CoO, MoO3 and P2O5 in the sample calcined for 2 hours at 550°C, equal to 2.2-6.2 wt.%, 14.0-30.0 wt.% and 0.6-4.9 wt.% respectively, heat-resistant alumina support - the rest, and further activation of the samples in a stream of hydrogen when feeding a mixture of dimethyl disulfide-oil fraction. The invention also relates to a catalyst for hydrotreating diesel fractions obtained by the above-described method and to a method for hydrotreating a diesel fraction using the claimed catalyst.

EFFECT: highly active hydrotreating catalyst that allows the production of diesel fuel components that meet the quality of modern regulatory requirements.
