FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to measurement equipment and can be used to measure the pressure of liquid and gaseous media. The method of measuring pressure with correction of the dynamic measurement error consists in placing the pressure sensor in the investigated medium, measuring the temperature of the pressure sensor, recording the output signal of the pressure sensor and the signal corresponding to the temperature of the pressure sensor, calculating the nonlinearity correction coefficients and the temperature dependence of the pressure sensor, inputting these coefficients into a permanent storage unit. The method additionally involves signal computation. The signals correspond to the measured pressure, the temperature of the pressure sensor and the signal of the reference pressure sensor, the coefficients for the correction of the dynamic error of the pressure sensor based on a two-factor polynomial model of the dependence of the measurement result on the rate of change of pressure and temperature of the pressure sensor. All these coefficients should be input into the permanent memory device. The method also involves correction of the dynamic pressure measurement error. The pressure measuring device with the correction of the dynamic measurement error consists of a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor of the pressure sensor, a two-channel analog-to-digital converter, a microcontroller, the permanent storage unit and an external computing device. The pressure sensor output is connected to the first input of the two-channel analog-to-digital converter the second input of which is connected to the temperature sensor of the pressure sensor, the output of the two-channel analog-to-digital converter is connected to the input of the microcontroller and the input of the external computing device. The output of the external computing device is connected to the input of the permanent storage unit the output of which is connected to the second input of the microcontroller. The device also has a variable pressure generator, a reference pressure sensor and the second analog-to-digital converter that are consecutively connected. The output of the second analog-to-digital converter is connected to the second input of the external computing device. The third input of the external computing device is connected to an additional output of the microcontroller, while the input of the pressure sensor is connected to the output of the variable pressure generator and the input of the reference pressure sensor.
EFFECT: invention reduces the pressure measurement error by compensating the dynamic error of the pressure sensor.
