FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for liquefying gas by using a pressure drop and can be used in the gas industry. Two installation options are proposed. The first option includes an adsorption drying unit,an external cooling circuit as part of the evaporator, compressor, condenser and reducing device, a recuperative heat exchanger, the first and second pressure reducing valves, a fractional column, a fractionation unit and a separator. The second option, instead of an external refrigeration circuit, includes a compressor, a refrigerator and a third pressure reducing valve. When the unit is operating in the first version, the high-pressure gas is dried and simultaneously cooled in the evaporator and in the recuperation heat exchanger, reduced in the first pressure reducing valve and refluxed by cooling with the low-pressure gas, which is then heated in the recuperation heat exchanger, mixed with the regeneration gas and removed from the unit. When circulating, the refrigerant, after being heated in the evaporator, is compressed by a compressor driven by pressure reducing valves, cooled in the condenser and reduced. The dephlegmation gas is reduced in the second pressure reducing valve and then, together with the fractionation gas, is fed into the separator. From the separator, a broad fraction of light hydrocarbons together with the phlegm from the fractional column is fractionated to produce liquefied natural gas and a propane-butane fraction. The operation of the second option differs in that the high-pressure gas is divided into two streams after drying, the first is cooled in a recuperative heat exchanger, and the second is compressed using a compressor driven by pressure reducing valves, cooled in a refrigerator and reduced using a third pressure reducing valve.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the recovery of gas motor fuels.
