UNIT FOR NATURAL GAS REDUCTION WITH THE PRODUCTION OF GAS-POWERED FUELS (OPTIONS) Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC F25J1/00

Abstract RU 2757207 C2

FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to units for natural gas reduction with the production of gas-motor fuels, to devices for producing low-pressure gas. Units are described, including a low-pressure gas outlet line and a high-pressure gas inlet line, on which a drying unit is installed, connected by a regeneration gas outlet line to the low-pressure gas line, after which the high-pressure gas line is divided into two lines: a compressor, a refrigerator and an expander are installed on one, and on the other, a recuperative heat exchanger with low-pressure gas inlet/outlet lines, then lines are connected into one line, on which a dephlegmator is installed with a phlegm output line, a heat and mass exchange section of which is connected to a recuperative heat exchanger and a separator by the low-pressure gas line, in addition, the separator is connected by a dephlegmation gas supply line equipped with a reducing device, to the dephlegmator, and by fractionation gas supply lines and wide fraction of light hydrocarbons lines - with a fractionation unit equipped with lines for the outlet of liquefied natural gas and propane-butane fraction, while the compressor is connected to expanders by kinematic or electrical connection, a demethanizer is installed as a separator connected to the dephlegmator by a phlegm supply line with a reducing device, and at least one reducing device is made in the form of an expander. In the second unit, after separation into two lines, a recuperative heat exchanger with low-pressure gas input/output lines is installed on one, then lines are connected to a single line, on which a dephlegmator is installed with a phlegm outlet line, a heat and mass exchange section of which is connected to a recuperative heat exchanger and a separator by a low-pressure gas line, in addition, the separator is connected by a dephlegmation gas supply line equipped with a reducing device, to a dephlegmator, and with fractionation gas supply lines and a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons - to the fractionation unit equipped with lines for the outlet of liquefied natural gas and propane-butane fraction, a demethanizer is installed as a separator, connected to the dephlegmator by a phlegm supply line with a reducing device, at least one reducing device is made in the form of an expander, and a refrigerating machine is installed parallel to a recovery heat exchanger on the high-pressure gas supply line, the compressor of which is connected to expanders by kinematic or electrical connection.

EFFECT: increase in the output of gas-engine fuels.
