FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to installations for reducing gas. Installations for reducing natural gas to produce gas-engine fuels are described, including an output line of low-pressure gas and an input line of high-pressure gas, on which a drying unit is installed connected to the line of low-pressure gas via an output line of regeneration gas, after which the line of high-pressure gas is divided into two lines. On one of the lines, a compressor, a refrigerator, and an expander are installed, and on the other one, a recuperative heat exchanger with input/output lines of low-pressure gas is installed. Next, the lines are connected into one line, on which a reducing device and a dephlegmator with a phlegm output line are installed, a heat and mass exchange section of which is connected to the recuperative heat exchanger and a separator via the line of low-pressure gas. Besides, the separator is connected to the dephlegmator via a supply line of dephlegmation gas equipped with a reducing device. It is also connected via supply lines of fractionation gas and lines of wide fraction of light hydrocarbons to a fractionation unit equipped with output lines of liquefied natural gas and lines of propane-butane fraction. The compressor is connected to expanders via kinematic or electric connection. At least one reducing device is made in the form of an expander. A demethanizer is installed as a separator, which is connected to the dephlegmator via a phlegm supply line with the reducing device. In the second installation, after separation, on one of the lines of high-pressure gas, a recuperative heat exchanger with input/output lines of low-pressure gas is installed. Next, the lines are connected into one line, on which a reducing device and a dephlegmator with a phlegm output line are installed, a heat and mass exchange section of which is connected to the recuperative heat exchanger and a separator via the line of low-pressure gas. Besides, the separator is connected to the dephlegmator via a supply line of dephlegmation gas equipped with the reducing device. It is also connected via supply lines of fractionation gas and lines of wide fraction of light hydrocarbons to a fractionation unit equipped with output lines of liquefied natural gas and lines of propane-butane fraction. At least one reducing device is made in the form of an expander. A demethanizer is installed as a separator, which is connected to the dephlegmator via a phlegm supply line with the reducing device. In parallel to the recuperative heat exchanger, on the supply line of a part of high-pressure gas, a refrigerating machine is installed, a compressor of which is connected to expanders via kinematic or electric connection.

EFFECT: increased gas-engine fuel output.
