FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for producing low pressure gas and gas engine fuels and can be used in the gas industry. High pressure gas line is divided into two lines. Compressor, a fridge and the first expander are installed on one, and a recuperative heat exchanger with low-pressure gas I/O lines is installed on the other. Next, the lines are connected in one line, on which a second expander and a reflux condenser are installed, connected to a separator by a low-pressure gas supply line and a reflux gas supply line, on which a third expander is installed, and with a recovery heat exchanger – a low-pressure gas inlet line. Reflux condenser is supplied with a reflux feed line to the feed line of a broad fraction of light hydrocarbons from a separator to a fractionation unit, including a line for outputting liquefied natural gas and a propane-butane fraction and a line for feeding fractionation gas to a separator. In the second variant, the reflux condenser is equipped with a reflux feed line into the fractionation unit and is connected by a low-pressure gas inlet line to a recovery heat exchanger, and a gas reflux line with a third expander, which is equipped with a low-pressure gas line to the reflux condenser.
EFFECT: increase in the output of gas engine fuels and the expansion of their range.
